Simply sign up on our website, and you will choose a day time and length of each session for the given subscription life. After an initial assessment, your coach will develop a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your needs. Communication with your coach can be done in person or virtually.
What is personal mindset coaching?
Personal mindset coaching is a tailored process that helps individuals identify limiting beliefs, reshape negative thought patterns, and cultivate a growth-oriented mindset, enhancing both personal and professional growth.
What can I expect from the personalized nutrition plan?
Your plan will be crafted based on your individual goals, dietary preferences, and lifestyle. It may include meal recommendations, nutritional guidance, and strategies to help you achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Can I cancel my subscription and be refunded?
We offer full refunds within 14 days. Any services rendered following 14 days will be pro-rated
How often will I interact with my nutrition coach?
The frequency of interactions depends on your preferences and needs. Typically, clients engage with their coaches on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Regular check-ins and adjustments to your plan ensure ongoing support and progress. Your allotted time for the subscription can be broken into 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes sessions.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes, your privacy is of utmost importance to us. All your personal and health-related information is securely stored and treated with the strictest confidentiality under HIPPA laws.
